Peri Peri Marinade

- 4tbsp Olive Pride Blend of Seed Oils & Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 6 green and red chillies, finely chopped
- 1tbsp paprika
- 1tbsp dried oregano
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1tsp sea salt flakes
In a saucepan, heat the oil.
Add the chopped garlic and chillies and cook for 1 minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
Store in a glass jar.
Serving suggestion: Pour the sauce over prawns and place into the oven until prawns are cooked and serve.
